"Mike" is a 14.2 hand 9 year old all- around kind of grey gelding. He came from a small working ranch and has always had a good rider using him. He
has a lot of riding and seasoning time under the saddle. I think he would satisfy all level of riders from beginners to the experienced riders. He has not
shown us any bad habits and has been easy to catch, shoe, load, saddle, and mount. We have not had him get fresh after being turned out nor has he
been shy or spooky in crowds, on the trails, in the pasture or around livestock or wildlife. He rides with a loose rein and on a scale of 1-10 (10 being
excellent) I would say his neck rein would be an 8 with an 8 stop and a 7 back-up. He is very disciplined and moves smooth on his cues. At this time I
feel he is a good trail horse/lesson horse/working ranch horse with a lot of potential to be a good performance horse (with proper training ).
