"Jimm" is a 13 year old, 14.2 hand, bay ranch gelding. He comes from a small family ranch and has been ridden by about every level of rider. He has a good neck rein, stop, and back-up. He is laid-back yet responds to his cues in a smooth gentle way. He rides on a loose rein and will maintain his gaits until you ask him to change. We have actually ridden him with a halter and lead rope. He has not been spooky or shy in crowds, in the pen, on the trails, or in the pasture. Livestock and wildlife do not bother him. He is easy to catch, load, shoe, saddle, and mount. He has never offered to buck or rear. This is a nice, well disciplined, kind of horse that will make you look like a lot better rider than you really are. Unless you are really serious about wanting a really good horse, don't waste your time looking at him. He is a nice clean all-around kind of a horse that I think would work on the trails, on a working ranch, or with a family. Click Here for Riding Video SCROLL DOWN FOR PICTURES |
